Culture? Isn’t everything culture?

It was tempting to call this section “Everything Else.” Then I realised that this site is never that random. Instead, I’m happy to call it Culture, because culture can be almost anything — Culture might be Cookie Monster or Andy Warhol. It’s Dostoevsky, and it’s emojis on a screen.

In Solid Wall style, it’s almost always wrapped up in stories. It’s about finding the right words. And with the right words everything seems worthwhile. Sometimes the words are slow and lingering. Sometimes weird and wonderful. At other times words flow at breakneck speed. But mostly it’s everything that screams out, “Read me!”

Warning: I don’t do Spoiler Alerts. But, if you’re reading an essay or an article about any sort of story then you’re going to find spoilers. You can’t disucss any story and completely leave out what happens. I will ruin Oliver Stone’s JFK for you now by saying that there is no way Oswald acted alone.
